The pianos are tuned by Melbourne's best.
They also tune concert grand pianos
at Hamer Hall + The Melbourne Recital Centre.

Easy Access =  a small truck can be backed up to the building + the there are no more than three standard steps.  
Difficult access = the piano needs to be on a stage higher than 300mm and/or moved more than three stairs.
